Adept doesnt show updates

My adept isnt showing any upgrades since two weeks
Is there anything tat i can do to fix it.. ?

This isn't a problem. Feisty no longer has 'frequent' updates. Maintenance updates and changes to your currently installed applications will be cause for an update notification. I haven't had an update in about the same period of time.

sorry.. my mistake..
i had inadvertently unchecked a few options in my manage repositories..
now im in kubuntu 7.10.. and its runnign like a babe 8)
