Help to install libxine1-ffmpeg

I installed Kubuntu 7.04 on my computer and now I wont to install libxine1-ffmpeg. I have not internet connection yet, but I have file libxine1-ffmpeg.deb. I tryed to install this file with right click->install package, but system didn't wont install by this way. Please, tell me how can i install this package, step-by-step.

You need to know where you saved the downloaded file. If you made no changes to location when the file was downloaded, it should be in /home/[username]. The following assumes that is where it is.

Open a konsole shell. Type the following:

sudo dpkg -i libxine1-ffmpeg

Provide your password and the .deb package will be installed.
