    Error updating Firefox

Today, while applying updates to the system, the following showed up on the terminal while installing
    Setting up firefox (2.0.0.8+1nobinonly-0ubuntu1) ...
Please restart any running Firefoxes, or you will experience problems.
    Warning: something created compreg.dat!
Your system was affected by this bug: https://launchpad.net/bugs/30791
compreg.dat has now been removed again, which should fix the symptoms.
Do I need to do anything about it? Or should I leave it as it is? I checked up the forums for 'compreg.dat' but there was only one post, and that too in French (French is not well-spoken or understood in India ) Googling the words show up many links but they relate to Mozilla and not Firefox. Also posted the query on the launchpad link provided above.

Also, there is another thing that I have been noticing, even before applying the updates to firefox, and that is, whenever I start firefox, a 'zombie' process is created. It is identified as "netstat". Is there anything I should be worrying about?

Try renaming "/usr/lib/mozilla-firefox/components/compreg.dat , might even try removing it

As for the netstat process thats normal, i have that too

'compreg.dat' does not exist in the directory you mentioned. Is it that the adept removed the file on its own, or would it be lying somewhere else?
