Trying to open Konqueror gets me Acroread.

When downloading a pdf file with Swiftfox in Feisty Fawn, I had a prompt asking for, "application to open file with", and after choosing Acroread, it asked if I wanted subsequent files to be opened with that application. I gave it a positive and now Acroread opens with nearly every Konqueror application. I did a reinstall of the KDE applications such as core, etc. The associated file options in Swiftfox and Konqueror don't seem to be the cause. Any courses to try would be appreciated.

In Konqueror: Settings > Configure Konqueror > File Associations > inode. Directories should be set to open with Konqueror.
If you need to set more than directories, poke around in there.

Setting the file association in Konqueror also sets it in Dolphin (Gutsy). I couldn't find a setting in Dolphin so tried changing it in Konqueror and it worked!
