    gnubg (GNU Backgammon) Please Help

    Hello;

I've really enjoyed the subject application, but recently, the game starts to run then just quits -- stops running as if I closed it.

I've removed and reloaded the application and it's dependency files. No joy!

Any suggestions would be appreciated. Is there someplace, on my system, where I can find an error log?

Re: gnubg (GNU Backgammon) Please Help

Have you tried to start gnubg in konsole ?

It should give you error messages.

If you get something like this:
X Error: BadDevice, invalid or uninitialized input device 168
    Major opcode: 148
    Minor opcode: 3
    Resource id: 0x0
    Failed to open device
X Error: BadDevice, invalid or uninitialized input device 168
    Major opcode: 148
    Minor opcode: 3
    Resource id: 0x0
    Failed to open device
It isn't error (it is practical joke - or so i think > ). More:

    Note
This doesn't remove config files. You could check gnubg config/settings:
