to be able to set up my computer to type in japanese, but I also need it to work in Yiddish and/or hebrew, and Skim doesn't seem to have noticed my new set-up. My /etc/environment now looks like this:
PATH="/usr/local/sbin:/usr/local/bin:/usr/sbin:/usr/bin:/sbin:/bin:/usr/games"
LANG="es_AR.UTF-8"
LC_CTYPE="ja_JP.UTF-8:yi_YI.UTF-8"
I can type in japanese ok, but Yiddish or Hebrew won't even show up. Can anybody tell me what to do?
