cannot access archive: No such file or directory

Try this in the konsole:

ls *.deb

If the answer is:

ls: *.deb: No such file or directory

Then i think that either you or wine is at wrong place.

Correct answer should be:

:~$ ls *.deb
wine_0.9.44~winehq0~ubuntu~7.04-1_i386.deb

And in the installing you could use:

sudo dpkg -i wine*.deb
