    Formatting GUIs?

    Hi guys.

I'm curious to know if there is a front end to format HDDs, and flash media. I'm a bit afraid of nuking my precious drive using Konsole

    Thanks

There is Qtparted in the repos. You just have to make sure the drive is not mounted to use it.

There is also Gparted live cd. You boot into it to use it. There both pretty easy. I would use the live cd though.

GParted is what you are looking for. You can install the package, or better yet, download the ISO and burn a GParted Live CD. Here's your link: http://sourceforge.net/project/showf...kage_id=173828
