    Wallpapers/KDesktop problem

Check this out. See the screenshot? There's two backgrounds displayed, one in a small resolution and the other in a large resolution. At the same time. On the same screen. While the setting is supposed to be No Picture. And to top it all off, the graphic in KDesktop looks like it has two different size monitors overlayed over eachother.

This started in Gutsy, playing with resolutions, graphical setups, etc. I did a vanilla feisty install when I upgraded my hardware a couple weeks ago and mistakenly brought over a few kde settings from .kde in the hopes that making my new setup would be easier. Guess I was wrong.

How do I make this go away?

Delete the content in your .kde and restart. You may want to backup address books, etc. first.

Nevermind, mostly fixed it. I couldn't delete the whole .kde, that would have sucked, so I deleted .kdestoprc, and while it didn't fix the graphic in kdestop, the wallpaper functions work now and there's only one at a time on the screen. That's good enough for me.
