Hello,
I'm on kubuntu feisty and I have this bug with konqueror (KDE 3.5.7) :
step 1 : When I run the File Manager to explore repertories that contain numerous files, contents are displayed correctly when I open these files for the first time. The default view is at the top of the window (scrollbar on top).
Step 2 : If I go to another repertory and come back, the view is no more at the top but in the middle or at the bottom of the window (scrollbar in the middle, or at the bottom of the window), as in this screenshot (it comes from a topic of a mandriva user who has the same problem). As I said it happens with repertories with a great number of files (/dev for example)
Step 3 : When I relaunch konqueror or open a new instance of it, the view becomes correct again in these files, until step 2...
I've deleted the ".kde" folder in my home but it didn't change anything ! So it's not a problem with my KDE profile...
The problem occurs with icons view and multicolumn view. I wonder if someone can reproduce this bug and if there is a fix for that.
I've already post in ubuntu forums couple of weeks ago but I've got no answers.
Thanks (sorry if my English is too bad).
