Klamav update problem

another package another question

I downloaded and installed with adept Klamav, all worked fine until I have decided to update it. Clamav update has been downloaded and installed correctly, while the Klamav part continue to give me this error:

It seems you need to install kde-devel package. This will install source files which are needed to build KDE apps.
