As the subject says, it doesn't do anything. I need to go to the folder of downloaded file and open it there. Is there any setting for this? thanks

It doesn't even ask me that. It does nothing. It is I think the same problem with http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=478348.

i've had this problem too forever. when finishing a download open & open folder have never worked. i just figured it was a gnome/gtk -> qt/kde problem. but its sorta ok, its not a biggy to me.
i test ff trunk (3.0) & just two days the new implementation of the download manager (its not super different yet) has landed, so maybe that will eliminate this problem...<br />
