Using the latest Kubuntu Feisty 64 bit. All updates have been applied. For some reason only about half of the Chinese characters show up in konqueror, or in skim/scim when typed. They usually show up as a dot. Does anyone know of a possible fix?

Have you checked Adept to see if the xfonts-intl-chinese package is installed?Using Kubuntu Linux since March 23, 2007
