Kde apps data is in ~/.kde/share/apps. At least amarok covers, and korganizar notes are .

Just backup this dir, and after letting kubuntu rebuild .kde, move there back the folders of the apps that you use.

Quite better than the windows registry , anyway, I'll prefer that KDE apps stick to the old, proven, unix style of having their own .app file.

Ok guys, I've solved it! 8)
Even if with the drastic solution, I'm very happy to have regained "visual control" of my account.
