    Konqueror - allowing per-site plugins

I cannot say that my Konqueror works flawlessly with Flash and Java: the content is, in the best case, floating out of place. In YouTube the videos will never load, I can't even see the black background. I have already tried all the fixes I could find on the forum: ubuntu-restricted, download flash from the website, gnash. Konqueror is pointing to the right plugin folders, and these plugins work flawlessly with Firefox.

But what annoys me most is that if I don't enable Java and Plugins globally (Settings > Configure), allowing them "per-site" (Tools > HTML Settings) has no effect at all, I don't have even my crippled Java and Flash after reloading the pages. Is this a Konqueror bug?

    Thank you
