konqueror and flash

Okay...Using Kubuntu...so...

How do I make Konqueror play video's say at MSN, Foxnews, CNN and such?

There are posts regarding this and what programs to install, klash, libflash-mozplugin, mozilla-plugin-gnash, and konqueror-plugin-gnash, but these programs are not found on my repos.

Is there a wiki out there for Kubuntu that shows us how to tweek konqueror to play flash videos, play movies (all types) and are there other repos that should be on my repo list?
