I want to use my PC having Kubuntu 7.04 as a PHP server. So i need complete help in doing so. Help me in this and also tell me how to install Apache.

At the risk of sounding crass.
google is our friend. The help you need is NOT for the Kubuntu OS, but for PHP and Apache proper as applications.
There is plenty of simple howto's, and such. Please start with THIS
