    In general, to launch a GUI-based application, [Alt][F2] kdesu app_name ought to suffice (further reading).

      Alt + F2: kdesu kmdr-executor /path/kommander_file.kmdr

      If file is in the /home/user/:
      kdesu kmdr-executor kommander_file.kmdr
      also kdesu kmdr-executor ~/subdirectory/kommander_file.kmdr works.
