Swiftfox Crashing!!!--(Solved)--

Swiftfox is crashing everytime i try to get into preferences and FlashGot-More Options. In konsole i get this error-->

(Gecko:9765): Gtk-CRITICAL **: gtk_widget_get_parent_window: assertion `GTK_IS_WIDGET (widget)' failed

Segmentation fault (core dumped)

Any ideas

Ive posted on Swiftfox forums but no results yet.

Segfault? That's the one thing that's virtually unfixable--by us, anyway.

One way to work around is to use, instead of FlashGot, DownThemAll. It's my favorite addon, and probably the most used. It's much more stable and much better than anything else I've ever used.

Thats one issue solved but i cant get into preferences. Thats the main problem right now.

It'd be better to post in the Swiftfox forums.

One thing you might want to do: open about:config, and set javascript.options.showInConsole to true (creating it if necessary). Restart Swiftfox, open preferences, and then go to Tools > Error Console. Copy/paste the pertinent entries. (Or, clear it, try to open preferences, and check it again.)

Replace this by -moz-appearance: scrollbartrack-horizontal; and try again 8)

Thanks dude , it worked. I owe you one. Shows how good kforums are. Damn swiftfox people havent posted ANYTHING!!! Anyway it was my blackfox theme causing trouble so i got rid of it. Thanks to everyone who replied.
