I got an USB bluetooth dougle attached to the PC all the time, every time the system boot up there is an annoying sound notification about the dougle found, I tried all the notification but couldn't shut up this up, any idea ?

In System Settings, go to Notifications -> System Notifications. At the top of the window, there will be a dropdown list, choose KBluetoothD from there and disable the sound that you want. -
