Extra ubuntu software on cd/dvd?

How can I download extra ubuntu software from the internet, put the software and the repositories needed on a CD/DVD and then be able to install it on other computers without an internet connection?

I've would like to install DVD, mp3 etc support on these computers and also wine and a lot of other necessary software.

Sorry, I meant Kubuntu. It would probably be the same anyway?
