Empty keyboard layout dialog

Hi !

I updated from Kubuntu Dapper to Feisty and now all keyboard layouts are gone.

I open the dialog in System Preferences -> Regional .. -> Keyboard Layout. And the lists, the model list, all are empty.

I allready searched the web and tried to change the symlink in /usr/share/X11/

ln -s /etc/X11/xkb /usr/share/X11

which i found at another webpage. But it didn't help.

Any other ideas ?

sudo dpkg-reconfigure xserver-xorg

in konsole. Go through the wizard. Should get you sorted.
