flash freezes all over

Hi,

Since I guess a week all flash related stuff is not working on my system. I am using the default flash plugin with firefox. Youtube and all pages with flash just freeze after a little while. I tried the last flash update from Adobe, but that is too unstable for me. Even democracy player will not start up now. Dunno if that has anything to do with that.

What can the cause of this be? And how can I troubleshoot that?

I've a similar problem where Firefox freezes sometimes when using flash. I've noticed that many others have the same problem and I don't think there is any official fix for this problem yet. But I got a tip to use Swiftfox instead of Firefox (it's almost excatly the same browser but its compiled to a specific CPU). Maybe if you are lucky this will fix this problem temporay.
