A file won't delete

When I empty the trash it keeps trying to delete a file unsuccessfully. Here is the error message:

The file or folder /home/james/.local/share/Trash/files/permissions1.odt does not exist.

I solved the problem. I went in as sudo konqueror and found the trash file. It was sitting in there and I deleted it manually.

Use kdesu for GUI apps, and sudo for command-line tools.

The usual text:

kdesu is used for apps, while sudo is used for commands.

Even if you're running an app from a terminal, you MUST use kdesu. Using sudo for an app could actually do damage to your system (though how, I don't know).
