    Need to uninstall realplayer

I need to uninstall Realplayer 10. I installed the .bin file through the terminal by making the file executable and running ./RealPlayer10GOLD.bin.

Just go to the place you installed it and delete the RealPlayer directory.
If you can't remember where you put it, you can execute "which realplay" to find out.

Or, if you're feeling courageous, just execute "sudo rm -r `locate -i realplayer`" to remove all files and directories with "realplayer" in the path. This'll include its installation, icons, and anything else.
    For external use only.

      I'd rather sudo rm -ri `locate -i realplayer`

        Hence the "courageous".

It's got a lot of files just by itself, though, so it'd take a really long time to decide. (Most users would just hold down "y"--the EULA "Next" behavior.)
