    Installing a program from livecd

    Hi there,
I accidentally uninstalled knetworkmanager. How can I reinstall this program again from livecd? Right now I cannot configure my network acces because there's no networkmanager.
    Thanks in advance

The (additional) "Network Manager" is not necessary to configure network interfaces - Kubuntu's System Settings (as well as KDE's Control Center) will suffice

      Thanks UnicornRider for the answer,
I tried the Kubuntu network setting, but after that I still have no idea how to configure my internet connections. I'm using wlan with wpa-psk. The network interface on kubuntu network setting shows only wep key. I was hoping that if I re-install the knetworkmanager (from livecd), I can configure the connection.
This is really a newbie question, sorry for that

If you have any other idea, I'd be happy to hear it.

      Cheers,

It should be possible to add the CD as an "off-line server" to the list of repositories available to package management (read: "Adept & friends"). For details, however, you'll have to search the (K)Ubuntu forums and/or "Loogle".
