OpenOffice Writer Crashes when I Insert Envelope

In am running Feisty Fawn 7.04 with all available updates.

I installed this on a newly formated disk so it wasn't an upgrade.

When I try and insert an envelope into a new document it crashes OO Writer.

I hate to say it but when I do the same thing in running OO Writer inWindows XP
the insert envelope command works just fine.

Anyone experience the same problems or know of a fix?

I experienced the same problem several days ago. Clean install of Kubuntu Feisty on a newly formatted disk, everything from scratch. The only thing I kept from my previous install was my /home directoy.

I can't seem to find the forum where I found the answer but it suggested a re-install of Open Office (which I did through Synaptic). That did the trick for me, haven't had a problem with it since. Hope this helps.
