I've been enjoying using kubuntu for about 2 weeks now. It has been working fine for the time aside from the adept manager. I attempted to install java at one point via the adept install method. However someone else logged in with another session at the same time the installation was occurring. Now every time I try to run the adept manager, it tells me that another process is using the database. What can I do to fix this?
So far, I have searched for a fix on these forums. I've run "sudo su" and did a "ps -A" search and "kill -9" anything with adept in it. However I still run into the same issue. I'm certain there's something I have missed. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!
