Webcam motion detection software

Any one know of a simple easy to use and instal package for using a webcam as a security/ motion detection system.

I have read through various articles on this, but cant seem to find anything compareable to the Windows software installation CD that comes with the cam.

Everything I have seen so far involves downloading a few seperate packages, creating conf files etc etc.

Any packages out there that do this in one simple operation?
