Hey all,
I have gotten my first convert and went to his place to install Feisty the other day. He has DSL (as do I, but my connection is controlled through my router).
Specifically, he uses Look.ca whom (unsurprisingly) don't support Linux.
He didn't have the username and password while I was there, so I showed him what I found on the web before I went over about running sudo pppoeconf.
In case this is important I will mention it, I ran it with him while I was there, just didn't enter the correct user/pass.
He re-ran it over the weekend with the correct info, but was still unable to connect to google.ca (biggest site I could think of for him to try) using konquerer.
Can anyone think of something I may be missing?
