Link snapshots in Konqueror?

Hi,

Someone told me that Konqueror (since Feisty) is able to show a snapshot of a web page link just by pointing upon it. Is this true? If so, how can I activate it?

I know konqueror will show a thumbnail of local html files, but not for web links as far as I can see, no related info turns up in web searches for me as well. There is a Firefox plugin that does this, though.
