setting up mythtv to stream over dyndns

So I have my mythtv backend setup, and I've setup a dyndns.com account. I was wondering if it was possible to stream video (even if I have to compress/reduce quality) over the net to my lappy at school?

(It's amazing, Google returned it as #6 in a search for "streaming video mythtv".)
    For external use only.

I've been interested in MythTV for a while but don't have a tunner card. What is the best to use?

I use a Hauppauge Nova-T PCI (model 90002). Some of the newer cards aren't properly supported in Linux yet, plus Hauppauge have a habit of changing the chipset of the cards without telling anyone or changing the name, but the Nova-T works well.

@rokngeodude: Streaming is integrated with MythWeb (at least, it is in the SVN, compile-it-yourself version). My friends at university love me for it.
