    power button & shutdown

    Hi,

I'd like to configure my system to shutdown & power off when I press the power button... I took a look in the system settings but didn't stumble accross this option.

I've enabled ACPI in my BIOS under Power Management.

    Thanks,
    Jon

Argh. You know that feeling you have when you've seen a setting, but didn't need it until now? Yeah. That's how I feel.

Anyway, I'll look around for it. I know I've seen it.
    For external use only.

The script /etc/acpi/events/powerbtn opens as follows:

"This is called when the user presses the power button and calls /etc/acpi/powerbtn.sh for further processing."
