Remember that I mentioned above nvidia 9631 or 9755 driver hangs my system on starting (when i can only RSEIUB to reboot)? I managed to ssh in when the system hangs like that, and I found that Xorg process was taking almost 100% CPU. That is, it does seem that the Xorg process (or whatever library it depends on) is fishy.

Probably this happens as X is trying to load the nvidia drivers.

I still believe that the drivers are the fishy ones here . X usually loads Nvidia drivers without problem, so it's more likely the combination of X, Nvidia drivers and your particular hardware setup.
