Yesterday I tried to test the suspend option on the logout menu, my computer appears to have suspended successfully but would not come out of suspend. Now every time I try to shutdown my computer normally, it acts as though it's going into suspend. Previously my computer shutdown fine, and windows still shuts down fine, this is an issue only with linux.
One of the things I've tried is calling init 0 directly, so it's apparently not just a kubuntu issue.
I'm running an amd athlon xp 2100 on an an35n ultra mobo with the nforce2 chipset.
