App. Instalation

After installing applications using Add/ Remove Programs , Adept , or Synaptic Package Manager how do you remember how to uninstall an application?

Can I use any one of these to uninstall an application or must I use the same application to uninstall that I did for installing?
If so how do i go about remember which one I used?

It isn't necessary to remember what app you used to install. Any program apt-compatibile like Adept or Synaptic can install/uninstall because they are advanced user interface for the apt-get program and database of your system.
