hey all... i'd like to run java within konqueror, so i installed the sun-java package from the repositories, which was version 6. It ran fine and dandy, but one website i would like to use requires update 1 as well. I didn't see a package for that in adept so i removed the java packages i installed and downloaded the current version from www.java.com. I installed it in /usr/local/java and then pointed konqueror to the plugin in the directory.
I run the java test on sun's java page and it says i'm still running version 6 without update 1. Any Ideas on this
