Re: Kb3 destroys my CD/DVD-R's
In my case, Imation DVD-R will not work with k3b or my drive which is a NEC DVD+-RW ND-3530A Rev.102B. Those blank DVDs will get burned fine on my other box running CentOS 5 with K3b and a HL-DT-ST DVDRAM GSA-H42N. Here what I can see is a compatibility problem between the NEC drive and that imation disks.
The NEC drive will burn just fine TDK DVD-R and Memorex DVD-R disks
