    network monitor, cpu monitor, ...

I'm searching for an application that can monitor all upload and download. Also I'm searching for an application that can see how much memory i'm using and memory, ...

All of this must be displayed in a panel.

I hope someone has some great programs

KSysGuard / KInfoCenter are what you're looking for.

is there a tutorial somewhere how you can put this information in the taskbar?

Very little so you can always see it.

Right-click taskbar -> Add Applet To Panel... choose System Guard, and drag sensors to it.

actually i just want a program that can show me how much KB/s up and KB/s down of eth0 in my taskbar.
No graphs or anything just up and down in text.

Have you tried Knemo? It doesn't do exactly what you describe though it's close. It sticks an icon in your sys tray which indicates when traffic is going up/down. You can configure the information that appears in the tooltip when you hover your mouse over it. I have it so if I hover my mouse over it the tooltips shows the current upload and download speeds. If will also tell you how much data you have uploaded/downloaded in the current session.
