Then I installed Basket. It went into Kontact, very nice and lovable.
The problem since then is that the "check mail" (both from button and from menu) do nothing. Even the automatic scheduled update cannot read mails...javascript:replaceText('

The only reference to a similar problem I've found on the internet was relevant to a check mail didn't read mails on imap servers. But that issue was closed some time ago with a bug fix already included in the following release.javascript:replaceText('
