xserver intel? i810?

What is the difference with these two packages?

xserver-xorg-video-intel

xserver-xorg-video-i810

The intel shows upgradable but this would remove the i810. Are these the same or is one better than the other?

i810 is the standard driver with no modesetting support, the -intel one is the latest with modesetting and better G965 support.

According to intellinuxgraphics.org, "intel" is the new driver that replaces i810.

I noticed this new package the other day as well. When I tried it with Beryl, I only got a white screen. This happened every time I rebooted, restarted X, etc. So I went back to the -i810 package, and things were back to normal.

One thing I wasn't sure of is whether I still need to use the 915resolution package with the new -intel one. Does anyone know this one?
