How to give a user permission to mount

    Hi

I just upgraded to the new version of kubuntu.
i get the problem mounting my external hdd. i can't use the command "mount" as normal user, so i do it as root, but i can't give the read permission to the user (because of the files system ntfs) .
with the previous version, mounting my hdd was done automatically, and i got directly an icon on my desktop.

    i add this line to /etc/fstab :
    /dev/sdb1 /media/Harddrive auto users,atime,noauto,rw,dev,exec,suid 0 0
    but didn't help

so how can i give a user the permission to mount ?!
    sorry for my english
    thanks

System Settings --> Advanced --> Disks & Filesystems --> Enter Admin mode --> right click on partition & set Mount Permission to "Any user may enable/disable anytime".

      thanks for your answer
I already test it, but didn't help. it is just the graphical alternative to edit the file /etc/fstab.
is there any other way to give "mount" permission for the users?
