Getting many errors during boot, but main thing is my 2nd drive is not seen

Getting many errors during boot, but main thing is my 2nd drive is not seen.
I get the following errors at boot
    [ 55.893653] ata6.01: failed to set xfermode (error_mask=0x4)

I then get a bunch of errors saying to use apt-get, but it isn't installed. I get back to a prompt and it tells me to use cntl-d to resume. I do that and get another error, but the system goes on and boots up. I have all of my music and such on my second drive and it cannot be seen. Does anyone have any ideas? I used to boot on and earlierimage, but it gives me errors now about my nvidia graphics card.

    Any help would be appreciated.
    Thanks

I fixed it, because of a post on screwy mount points for cd drives.
I booted off of my second drive and wrote down the UUID. Then I wrote it into my current fstab, and wala it worked.
