Permission errors getting new kernel at us.archive

Looks like the web server is giving errors trying to update to today's kernel. Trying to get them with a web browser is giving the same issue.

    Code:
    Err [url]http://us.archive.ubuntu.com[/url] feisty/main linux-image-2.6.20-14-powerpc64-smp 2.6.20-14.23
     403 Forbidden [IP: 91.189.88.31 80]

The above is from this Playstation3, but I got the same error early this morning trying to get the AMD64 version for my main system.

Hopefully someone notices soon, or it's an intentional thing meant to hold them back. Anyone know the proper channel to report such issues?

I saw Claydoh just responded in another thread - looks like they've purposely stopped serving the kernel file, as it was causing issues for some people.
