    Directory Permissions & Creating New Users

    Very simple question.

    In SuSE I was able to tell the system to create new users with their user/home directories "forbidden" to others by default.

    How do I set this in Kubuntu? Do I edit something in /skel?
    Lead by example, but be an example worth following.
