I am trying to mount an NFS volume in Feisty, and every time, it mounts successfully in the beginning and ends up freezing or becoming unstable 5 minutes later. For instance, I try to play a song in Amarok, and it works initially, but a couple songs later, it dies. It also dies when I try to scan an NFS collection in Amarok.
The NFS server is a Fedora machine. I have other Fedora clients who are able to mount the share without any problems.
I have both nfs-common and portmap installed.
