Any ideas?
I went to the helix community forums, but the answers seemed kind of old, and were not very helpful.

Figured out the choppy video. The following line was in my video card device section in my xorg.conf file.

BusID "PCI:5:0:0"
Just removed it, saved, and rebooted, and all is well.

Jumped the gun.

The audio on works about half the time, and when it wasn't working the video was fine. When the sound is working, its still choppy.

Maybe I am wrong but activate the following option:

RealPlayer / Tools / Preferences / Hardware / <use XVideo>
