Question about KMAIL - important

Hi guys

how do you archive the emails with KMail? Is there a archive function like in Outlook? I mean I receive tons of emails and my inbox is going to explode soon if I don't start archiving. I set up some filters so that the emails would be moved after a certain time but I can't find a way to apply the filter to whole folders at the same time. Do you have an idea?

If you right click on the folder in question (i.e. INBOX) and then click Expire, you can have messages automatically archived after 'x' days and choose an action of either deleting the messages or moving them to a directory - of course this directory can be either IMAP, or local which is handy
