does automatix work on fiesty

i have edgy but i am upgrading to fiesty. will automatix work on fiesty? i cannot find the answer anywhere so please help

i personally used it once myself and i won't do that again. for two reasons, but the one i will mention is cuz i have repos for all that stuff i'd need to get from automatix.

but last time i read, it was not available for feisty. you may have to wait till feisty goes final.

Automatix for Feisty isn't ready... yet. Don't worry, there's gonna a few posts informing us once they release it. Been using it since Dapper and I can't wait to see what's in store for us next.

i found this on the Ubuntu forum "sudo aptitude install ubuntu-restricted-extras"

Works a treat to install some good fonts & codecs 8)
