Bug? - File sharing applet

I hope I am not repeated now, I think I might have found a bug in the File sharing applet in Kubuntu's KDE (Feistu Herd5):

Right click on folder in Konqueror/Desktop -> Properties -> Sharing -> Configure file sharing or access it through System settings. In the attachment is what I get.

Are you using 1024x768 or less? Click the maximize button, does this change anything? Press the Alt button on your keyboard, then then left click with your mouse and try to drag the window up to see if you can access the "Administrator" button.

I am using 1280x800 and don't have this issue, and actually I don't think I have this issue on a 1024x768 setup either.
